Viewing items waiting to be uploaded

Login to ZEPETO Studio and click the Item tab to see the list of items you have registered. Registered items are grouped into 2 categories.

  • Public: These items can be looked up in the Zepeto App.
  • In Review: These items are being evaluated and reviewed.

In the item list, items that are awaiting upload are displayed as the following.

  • Public Status: Temporarily Saved
  • Review Status: Not Submitted

Viewing items awaiting evaluation

In the item list, items that are awaiting the evaluation are displayed as the following.

Deactivated

Submitted: Your item has been submitted and the review process for the item has not begun yet.



In Evaluation: A reviewer has begun reviewing your item, which is now awaiting results.

Viewing and managing items that have been evaluated

From the items list, the items for which evaluations have been completed are shown below.

Public Status

Review Status

Activated: This item has passed the evaluation and has started being exposed and sold.

Not submitted: This item has not yet been submitted for evaluation.

Scheduled: This item has passed the evaluation and is scheduled to be showcased.

Submitted: Your item has been submitted and the review process for the item has not begun yet.

Completed: This item has passed the evaluation and the set period of sales defined by the user has expired. The item is no longer being sold.

In Evaluation: A reviewer has begun reviewing your item, which is now awaiting results.

Deactivated: Sales and exposure of this item have been suspended by the user or an admin.

Approved: The item has passed the evaluation.

Removed: This item is permanently banned by an admin from being shown or sold.

Rejected: This item has been rejected from approval during the evaluation.

To temporarily cease exposure and sales of an item currently being sold, change the status following the steps below.

  1. Access the item menu and check the items that are public in the Item List
  2. Click the three-dotted icon on the right of the item.
  3. Click the Deactivate button in the displayed popup menu
  4. Check in the item list to make sure that the public status of the selected item has been changed to Deactivated.
