Unity

A. After downloading the asset, restart Unity and go to Window > Package Manager > Packages: My Assets to check.

A. Please make sure all required Unity 2022 modules are installed. How to Upgrade to Unity 2022

ZEPETO Build it Unity Plug-in

A. Make sure your ZEPETO account is not a temporary account. You need a registered ZEPETO account to create a world.

A. Yes. Move the object to your desired location, note the coordinates, and enter them into Tween Position.

A. The file is created in the project folder under Build > ZEPETO.Script.

A. Yes. Please use the latest ZIP file of the plug-in to create a new project folder.

A. The .zepetopackage file must be under 1GB. Also, for optimization, the Allocated Memory in Runtime Profiler should not exceed 550MB. Runtime Profiler

A. Make sure the Start Multiplay Server button at the top has a green indicator. This means the server is active.

A. When objects overlap in the Scene, selecting them can be inaccurate. Use the Hierarchy tab to select the correct object.

A. Worlds created with the current plug-in are optimized for landscape mode. Portrait mode will be supported soon!

A. Unity’s QR test depends heavily on your network. For better results, upload your .zepetopackage to ZEPETO Studio and use the QR code generated there for mobile testing.

A. This happens when the Scene is not added to Build Settings. Make sure to register your Scene before publishing. 5. Publish Your World



Tips

  • Test your world frequently using Play Mode to check for unexpected issues or size overload.
  • Build It Asset Browser assets support material replacement, and some allow partial material customization.
    • Example: cafe_furniture_worktable1 and worktable2 let you replace just the tabletop material.
  • After creating a new world, go to Edit > Project Settings > Zepeto Service and check if the world is linked to your ZEPETO Studio project. If not, publishing may result in an error.
  • Do not modify default scripts included in the ZEPETO Build it Unity Plug-in. Doing so may cause critical errors.
  • For other issues, report them via Discord.

  • All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the ZEPETO Build it Unity Plug-in belong to NAVER Z and its affiliates. Please refer to the ZEPETO World SDK License and terms for more details.
  • The plug-in is free to use only for ZEPETO world creation. Usage outside ZEPETO World is prohibited.
  • If your submitted world is too similar to an existing one created with the plug-in, it may be rejected during review. We strongly recommend changing resources such as backgrounds and objects in the Scene.
