zepeto items are a key creative resource that brings users the joy of creation the quality and completeness of these items have a direct impact on the overall user experience the studio team is committed to supporting the approval of resources that meet the platform’s guidelines please refer to the following guide when creating and submitting your item to ensure it functions reliably within the service and integrates naturally with users' avatars this guide is based on the current publicly available review standards and may be updated without prior notice according to internal policies please note that not falling under the criteria below does not guarantee approval the sample images provided are for reference only to illustrate review standards and are not related to monetization if you have concerns about image usage, please contact customer support product review guidelines type item status common items whose wearing position is difficult to identify ❌ common files not in the format specified by zepeto studio ❌ common resources that already exist in or are currently under review within the zepeto service ❌ completion resources with significantly low quality (e g , tearing, holes when changing poses, distorted shapes, etc ) ❌ completion resources that fail to display properly in the zepeto service due to errors or other issues ❌ completion items that are difficult to use when worn (e g , the item disappears completely or causes abnormal body deformation) ❌ exceeding standard specifications resources that exceed the production standards set by zepeto studio (e g , file size, polygon count, particle count, etc ) ❌ exceeding standard specifications items that exceed the maximum polygon count for the assigned category will not be approved ❌ exceeding standard specifications items with any values exceeding limits in unity’s particle system will not be approved ❌ exceeding standard specifications items with large file sizes or excessive effects (including lighting) that may impact other users' gameplay will not be approved ❌ standard specifications joints (bones) up to 100 (rigging required) ✅ standard specifications textures total size under 1mb ( based on zepeto file) ✅ standard specifications materials maximum of 5 ( based on zepeto file) ✅ poses unnatural poses with awkwardly bent arms or legs ❌ body modifications clothing items with appropriate adjustments to chest, legs, waist, or hips ✅ body modifications clothing items with reasonably detailed depictions of abs or collarbones ✅ body modifications face – items that alter facial expressions or appearance ❌ body modifications face – lens items that change pupil position ✅ body modifications items that make parts of the avatar’s body fully transparent or invisible ❌ attached content items containing qr codes or website links ❌ attached content items that include music files ❌ reference image items where the wearing position is difficult to identify ❌ clothing items with appropriate adjustments to chest, legs, waist, and hips ✅ clothing items with appropriate depictions of abs and collarbones ✅ items that make avatar body parts fully transparent or invisible ❌
